The configurations come in solutions with three four or five tracks up to a maximum of six, eight to ten panels in combination with a lateral or central opening.

Layout options are: with three panels of Ava Home Sliding, it is possible to compound two systems to reach six panels, the Thermal (5+11+5 mm heat insulated tempered glass) option is just available for four rail sliding, and possible to compound two systems to reach eight panels. If needed a thermal solution may also convert to a single glass solution. For example with five panels of Ava Home Sliding it is possible to compound two systems to reach the panels.

 

One double wheel durable against 100kg load and two pieces used at each panel. The maximum panel would be 1.200×1.300 meter at AVAhome Sliding for single and double glass solution, and considering this size, and wheels are more than enough to carry the possible heaviest panel.

Stainless steel rail cap is a complementary component between panel and rail. It provides the perfect movement with minimum effort and increases the wheels lifetime by not affecting environmental conditions.

To compensate for structural variations the integrated wheels can be height adjusted by up to 5mm for both types.

The panels in the system would slide as one while the master panel takes the other followers or all panels act individually. With this feature we offer great flexibility to the end user. To drain water through the outside, side caps of the bottom rail – a design of cap fabricated to convey water filled in bottom rail channels.

TECHNICAL DETAILS

Aluminum: the material used by EmereAluminyum – aluminum and glass – meet the highest quality and standards. All of the aluminum we use in our systems are made of the first quality T6 6063 alloys at our extrusion facility. Thus we can control aluminum parameters from raw material to the final product to ensure if the intended rate is achieved or not. Aluminum is not only corrosion – proof and light, but it is also intensively durable, and with these features it is the best material for Sliding Systems.

Glass: offers a great deal of light and maximum transparency, it meets the demands of increased energy consciousness and represents an open room design. The choice of single (10mm) or double glazing (5+12+5 mm) and the type of glass could be laminated or tempered.

Wheel: carrier wheels placed at the lower part of panels from two sides. Bearing used inside wheels produced by caster mid and is very suitable for long term usage. Easy to adjust the correct position of wheels on the rail during the installation process thanks to configurable screw heads up to 4,5mm. there are two options, single and double carrier wheels which are determined according to the panels weight level. On top of panels guide wheels take a position, providing smooth sliding and reducing vibration against wind and impacts.

Choice of colors: various high-quality coating options (Qualicoat certified), anodized or wood cover surfaces for aluminum, let customers customize their AVAhome Sliding. Besides all it helps to provide robust durability to aluminum. As an option it is possible to choose different color options for glasses like: opac, tinted green, blue, bronze, clear and reflected.

Stainless steel rail: the top of the lower rail is covered with steel to increase durability against friction and provides a smooth slide while opening and closing panels. The weight of the panels on the ground avoids stress on the upper load – bearing beam while keeping maximum structural stability.

Hardware: the painted aluminum handle is placed on a lateral profile located on the abutment on the side of the door. Turning the handle downwards, the counter thrust lateral profile exercises pressure on the panel, compacting them from the opposite side and improving system resistance and stability apart from impermeability. Standard glass is placed on the first panel.

Sealing: to improve complete protection against wind and rain, there is a standard assembly of sealing gaskets at connection part of panels.
