Ava Home Lamella has its unique design to ease the application and production process while guaranteeing Ava Home’s users satisfaction and high quality. System work with the help of a tubular motor placed into the octogonal tube. The torque of the engine is transferred to blades with a high-quality T10 timing belt which has 25 mm in thickness. With stainless spring, blades are easily lifted without the motor spending extra power. Since the motor spends less energy than it is meant to the mechanical part of the system is expected to have a longer life.
Blades are placed every 20 cm along the rail to sustain durability and resistance to every weather condition. 4,5 cm of every blade covers the next blade. Therefore eater tightness is ensured with the help of EPDM cords.
The system runs with the power of the 120 NM tubular motor. While the motor spins, it also moves the timing belt; the connection between the timing belt and blades is provided by wheels made of reinforced nylon 6. The maximum distance between 2 rails could be 4 meters. If the width of the system is more significant than 4 meters there has to be one more rail to include the system. Thus blades can endure extreme loads without bending. By adding the systems one after the other, the area can be designed in the desired dimensions. At some point adding systems to each other is similar to standard pergola systems.

Rough every rail, LED lightning might be applied using specially developed led profiles and polycarbonate covers. LED profiles are able to user adjust the angle of lightning. Three angle options are presented. Options for the LED angles are: parallel to the ground, 45 degrees and 90 degrees. Daylight is offered as standard; however RGB option is also available. Motor: Tubular motor design meets the needs of many shading and window system applications. These motors are offered in various sizes and can use different options for projects of all shapes and sizes. In addition, the engines are adaptable to be controlled with remote controls and mobile apps.
